Dear friend, I am diary again,so sorry to bother you again.I know that we have made you so angry,disappointed and unpleasant.It may an unhappy experience on aliexpress, It also make you a feeling that we are a unhonset and unresponsible seller.It may hurt you deeply.
I was been blamed by our manager and our boss that with a unhappy ending result leaving an unpositive feedback.
We do want to make you feel a litter better, I know the money can’t buy service and reputation ,but we do want to help you as soon as possible,even my power is limited,we want to refund you $5 as our sincere apology and hope you can feel a little better ,then help us change the feedback to 4 or 5 star,is that acceptable with you?Please let me know your idea!
For the feedback,you can revise it from the below procedure:
Sign into My AliExpress
Go to Transactions, click Manage Feedback (under Feedback); then click Active Feedback
Choose an order and click the Revise Feedback button
On the Request Buyer Feedback Revision page, enter your reason and click Revise Feedback
