Disputeye itiraz edin. Satıcıya ürün iade edilmemiş şeklinde bir şey mevcut. Kargo durumlarını vs. ekran alıntısı çekerek sunun aksi halde para satıcıya geçer ve hiçbir hak iddia edemezsiniz. Google translate ile çeviri yapabilirsiniz.
